Where is The Mill at Rockdale located?

The Mill at Rockdale is located at 3100 Mount Rd Unit F3, Aston Township, PA 19014. You can find a map to our location here.

Where can I park?

When you pull into the back parking lot, drive around the stone building on the left facing the creek where you’ll meet a parking attendant. The entrance/exit is one lane, so please use caution when entering or exiting the lot.

Shows/events will offer prepayment for parking at a reduced rate, but on-site parking is LIMITED. We highly recommend ridesharing (Uber/Lyft) or coming in by train. The closest train station is Elwyn or Wawa, an 8-minute ride via Uber or Lyft to The Mill.

How can I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets online at themillrockdale.com or at our reception/box office during operating hours. If you have any questions about tickets for any upcoming event call/email us at 484-222-0408 or hello@themillrockdale.com.

Will tickets be available at the door?

Yes, you can purchase tickets on the day of the show at our box office, provided the event is not sold out. If an event is sold out online, tickets will not be available at the door.

What is your refund policy?

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. If a how is canceled, it will be rescheduled. If a canceled show cannot be rescheduled, then a full refund will be issued.

Is Re-entry allowed?

No, re-entry is not permitted. Once you exit The Mill at Rockdale, you will not be allowed back inside. There is a designated smoking & outdoor section. Please plan accordingly.

Bag Policy

While we don't have specific bag size restrictions, all bags are subject to search upon entry for the safety and security of our guests.

Do you have a coat-check

Yes, coat-check will be available at reception/box office at select shows/events.

Are all ages welcome at your shows?

Most of our shows are all ages, with a few exceptions. Any specific age restrictions will be clearly noted on the individual event's ticketing page. 21+ events will require ID to enter the venue. Expired ID will not be accepted.

Does the venue have seating?

The Mill offers flexible seating arrangements that vary by performance. To guarantee a seat for a show, a seated ticket will need to be purchased. Specific seating information will be clearly listed on each individual event's ticketing page.

Are Food and drinks available?

We offer a variety of drinks including water, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages. Our beer/liquor is provided by local brewers and authorized third-party vendors. For food, we frequently partner with local vendors/food trucks to offer dining options for specific events.

No outside food or drinks are permitted, but you are welcome to bring one empty, reusable water bottle (16-20oz) for refills at our water fountain. All water bottles are subject to inspection upon entry.

Is The Mill ADA compliant?

Yes! The Mill is ADA compliant and offers accessible facilities, seating, and bathroom options. If you purchase tickets online, please contact us prior to the show so we can best accommodate your needs at hello@themillrockdale.com or 484-222-0408.
